If you're ready to enter the ecommerce fray, you could sell your own stuff. Of course, along with selling your own stuff on your own website comes a whole slew of both responsibilities and technical configuration and requirements. For starters, you'll need a website and a hosting account. You'll also need a merchant account like ones offered by Stripe or PayPal. Then you'll need to design that site, build a sales funnel, create a lead magnet and do some email marketing.
I am a graduate level professional who is just not making ends meet…I have always had to do two jobs….my second was in home therapy for kids which paid well but legit burned me out…I have done mystery shopping, uber/lyft driving, research studies, adoption profile writing, anything odd that would make use of my skills….I am sorta stuck now….my son is in Kindergarten and I need to be home and want to do something that will pay well but I am feeling less compotent….just need something easy, not stressful and that I can do in combination with school, my kid and work around my husbands schedule….there are bills to be paid and I need some suggestions….grea site thus far…anything else you can share would be great;)
Thirsty Affiliates tracks, cloaks, and categorizes your affiliate links. Once you’ve signed up for your program(s) grab your affiliate links and add them to this plugin. This can take time if you will be linking to multiple pages on your affiliate’s website (which in many cases, you should). The pro version comes with statistics but I don’t even use it and I’m quite the analytical person.
Thanks a million, if you have time, let me know if my 3 step plan is the right way for me to go about this. Or if I am missing anything. It just seems too easy like that….You could make 100 videos promoting 100 products. Would this not work to make a good living? It would not take long at all to do 100 videos and as long as you did all the editing before you upload it, going back to edit it would not be nessecary.
Once you have the affiliate links you need, it is time to present them to your audience. As you start using affiliate marketing to talk about products, you need to be aware of how your audience perceives you. If your website appears to be only after their money through an overwhelming amount of affiliate links, then they are more likely to simply leave your site.
